BASIC DELIVERY

SPECIAL DELIVERY
Price: $50
Steps:
1. Contact Us with your special delivery details (requested delivery date & time, store, order number) via:

2. We will accept/decline your request within 24 hours of receiving your message.
3. If accepted, payment via Venmo is required to receive your delivery confirmation.
4. Sit back & relax. Your contactless delivery will be dropped off at your door within the allotted time frame.

Please make sure your online pick-up order and scheduled delivery dates match.
If asked for a pick-up time, please select 2 hours before your delivery window.
ie.) If scheduling a basic delivery for Saturday between 1-3pm, you should select the pick-up time from 11am-12pm.
DelivOuray reserves the right to cancel a basic delivery if the store’s pick-up order date or time window does not match that of your scheduled delivery. Customers will be notified and reimbursed ASAP.

It takes stores time to organize your pick-up order and it takes us time to plan our routes and deliveries.
When using our basic delivery service, we ask that you place your online pick-up order & please schedule your delivery with us at least 6 hours before your estimated delivery window.
ie.) If scheduling a basic delivery for Saturday between 1-3pm, your online pick-up order and scheduled delivery should be placed no later than 7am on Saturday (6 hours before 1pm).
DelivOuray reserves the right to cancel a basic delivery if not placed at least 6 hours before the delivery window. Customers will be notified and reimbursed ASAP.

We are unable to pick up large items without prior approval. If your order includes oversized or heavy items (anything larger/heavier than a modern microwave), contact us in advance to confirm availability for your special delivery. Please note all special deliveries are $50.
If an order contains oversized or heavy items without prior approval DelivOuray reserves the right to charge the customer an additional $15 (difference between basic and special delivery), or cancel the delivery (depending on space availability in delivery vehicle). If the delivery is cancelled customers will be notified and reimbursed ASAP.

Basic Delivery: $35
Basic deliveries are placed using DelivOuray’s SCHEDULE DELIVERY page.
We pick up your pre-paid online pick up order from our selected stores (South City Market, Safeway & Walmart in Montrose, CO) and deliver to your door.
Special Delivery: $50
Special deliveries are classified as deliveries requested on days outside of DelivOuray’s set schedule and selected stores, or contain larger items (larger/heavier than a modern microwave) and require prior approval.
Special orders are placed via text/call/email/contact form. Special orders are confirmed by a member of the DelivOuray team once payment has been received via Venmo.
Remote Fee: $15
For homes that are more remote or require 4WD access we apply a small fee to account for the extra time and resources needed for delivery. We ask our customers to help us keep things fair by using the honor system. If your residence is 10 or more minutes outside of the towns of Ridgway or Ouray, or requires 4WD access please let us know at the time you schedule your delivery. This helps us provide reliable services across Ouray county. For consistency and accuracy we reserve the right to determine if a location qualifies as remote. No, DelivOuray offers contactless deliveries. You do you while we deliver your online orders right to your door. We will send you a picture of your order once it has been delivered.

Yes, it is possible. We will keep you posted if there are any delays on days with inclement weather by contacting you the morning of your delivery day.
In extreme cases your delivery may be postponed by 1 day (in such cases you will be notified via phone and reserve the right to cancel your delivery with a full refund).
While stores are able to hold your online pick up order for a day or more we will let you know if you need to cancel/replace your original online pick up order.

No, unfortunately we are unable to deliver alcohol at this time.
